About Yoga
The transforming power of Yoga can lead to physical strength, deep inner peace, total mental relaxation, emotional positively and the awakening of one’s potential. To develop internal freedom from a scattered and busy mind is a great blessing in life.

This class will include Asana (postures), Meditation and Yoga Nidra (Deep Relaxation). Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and a cushion and wear loose comfortable clothing.
