2010 PROGRAMME
March 27th – Quiz and Fish & Chip Supper 10 Teams of six - please register through the Rectory (Tel:254483) £36.00 per team. Please bring your own drinks.
24th April – RHS Wisley Gardens. Price £13.00 Includes transport from Westerfield and entrance to gardens. Please contact Barry on 01473 251843 to book your ticket.
8th May - Village Litter Pick Meet in the Village Hall at 10.00am. Come and join the crusade to clean up our village and countryside. All equipment provided. Followed by Soup/Coffee/Cake. Further details from Yvonne on 226709. Donations to Tree House Hospice Appeal.
16th May - Scout Fete In the Paddock 2.00-4.00pm
Grow your own theme. Buy your Veg and Bedding Plants. Gardening questions answered by Graeme Proctor, BBC Radio Suffolk Gardening Expert. Live Music and lots of stalls for you to enjoy.
18th May - Come and meet our Police Officer In the Church Room 6.30pm -7.15pm. PC Sarbutts will be giving advice and answering questions on security and road safety. He will also have items that will help protect us, and equipment to code bicycles. Has yours been done?
22nd May - Westerfield W.I. Choir Thirty Years Anniversary Concert Westerfield Village Hall 7.30pm. Refreshments and Raffle. Collection for Choir Funds.
18th June – Gardeners World Live and BBC Summer Good Food Show at NEC Birmingham. The cost is £28.00 which includes return coach from Westerfield and entrance to both shows. please contact Jenny on 01473 623118, Janet on 613406 or Barry on 01473 251843
21st June - Village Hall Charity AGM In the Village Hall 7.30pm. Including Cheese and Wine.
26th June - Westerfield Horse Show Westerfield Hall starting 8.30am.
24th July – Sounds of the 50/60’s. Church Paddock, Westerfield. With music by Bits and Pieces and The Hasbeens. Starting at 3.00pm (entertainment to start at 4.00pm)
Bring your own picnic, drink & chairs. Bring your friends and make up a party!
Tickets £6.00 in advance, £7.00 on the day, Children free. Proceeds to Westerfield Church Funds. Please contact one of the Events Group for tickets. (Telephone numbers at bottom of page)
12th August - Westerfield W.I. Outing to Holkham Hall, Wells, Norfolk. Cost approx £20.00 to include full admission and coach fare. Non W.I. members welcome. Contact Mary on 216533 or Kath on 217829
