Westerfield Village Hall
The Village Hall is charity owned. Five elected Trustees and representatives of regular users form the Management Committee. The current Chairman is Mr John Northfield and the Secretary is Mrs Julia Woodcraft.
The object of the Charity is to maintain the facilities for the benefit of the local community. The Village Hall has recently undergone a programme of internal reconstruction to enlarge the hall, provide better storage facilities and to enable full use of the whole building regardless of ability.
The Village Hall is the venue for a variety of regular activities and events. There is the main hall, with an adjacent fully equipped kitchen and serving hatch, and also a small meeting room known as the Joan Ventris Room, the rooms are available for hire by local groups and individuals.
Hire Charges
Sunday-Friday until 6 pm £8.00 per hour
Sunday-Friday after 6 pm and
Saturday £10.00 per hour
Joan Ventris Room £6.50 per hour
The Main Hall has a capacity for 65 persons to be seated at tables
